Summary

This website (bvl.dev) and the Stalewatch and Migration Guard waitlist pages do not set cookies and do not load third-party scripts. The only personal data we collect is what you submit through a waitlist form.

What the waitlist forms store

When you submit a waitlist form we store four things:

• your email address;
• your consent (you must tick the consent box to submit);
• a source tag: the utm_source value (or, if absent, the src value) of the link you arrived through or, if there is none, the host name of the waitlist page you submitted the form from (the Referer header of the submission), cut to at most 64 characters;
• the date and time you signed up.

Why

We use your email address only to tell you about the product you joined the waitlist for, including when it becomes available. We use the source to learn which channels bring people to the waitlist. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts our websites and stores waitlist data in its database service.
• Stripe processes payments if and when pre-orders or subscriptions are offered. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.

Your choices

Email support@bvl.dev from the address you signed up with to ask us to access or delete your waitlist entry, or to withdraw your consent. This address receives email only; we do not promise a response time.

If we collect anything more, we will update this page first. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
